Terrible service overcharged smelled like gas, rude front desk people

Unfortunately when I checked into my room the bedding was filthy and the sheets were covered in hair I immediately notified the front desk and was given another room upon checking my 2nd room I observed that the air conditioner was broken missing the face of the air conditioner it didn’t work how it was supposed to but at that point I was in deep need of a place to sleep for the night so I didn’t complain the bedding was clean so that was okay with me.

Naperville Visit But for the smell of pee in the elevator, I'd say the overall experience was good and the room decor and renovation was great. Will stay again if the elevator is cleaned up. Had to avoid it on my way out.

Base on the area, the place was smelly with urine all the elevators and corridors. The lady receptionist was not very hospitable, the room has no amenities, the only good thing was housekeeping.

The staff and the room itself were great. The property looks kind of shabby on the outside, but the room was clean and nice. I was hesitant to stay somewhere where the door opens to the outside instead of a hallway, but I didn't have any trouble. There's a Panera next door for breakfast.
