First let me start off by saying that I came to Naperville to visit family, and this was the closest hotel around to stay at. After eating the hotelโs breakfast omelette, I immediately became sick, and my stomach started hurting really bad, my body was shaking and it felt like I was about to pass out. I was up all night vomiting and could not stop. I still feel sick, and I didnโt pay all of this money to stay at this hotel, to become sick. I would like half of my payment back, and if I do not get half of my payment back, I will have to take legal action towards the hotel, and take them to court.

Lobby is upsale, however the furniture in the rooms are dated. Embassy Suites are no longer my hotel of choice

The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Very attentive to clients needs and would help immediately. The facility and rooms are very clean and orderly. A wonderful experience for all travelers!

I was frustrated that the room temp was 73 . No matter what I did it would not go down. I called the front desk for an override or help but all they said was an engineer could come in. It was 10pm and I did not want that. I understand they are trying to balance things but donโt allow me to take the temp down for it to just stay at 73.

The Embassy Suites is in a great location. Many restaurants are within walking distance and many shopping options within a 5-15 minute drive. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. There was an issue with the bathroom sink water pressure, but we just used the bar sink to wash up so not a big issue. Overall I would definitely recommend if you need a room in the area. Also Pet friendly which is why we choose in the 1st place.

When I checked in I was provided a key to a particular room. Upon entering the room, I determined that the room had just been used and it had not been cleaned. Garbage was everywhere, the bed was disheveled and I was left with an impression that staff do not know what is happening in their own work place. I had to return to the front desk. Though the staff was apologetic, I was offered a bottle of water for the disgusting impression of a hotel I still had to sleep in for the night. If there is such little care when you send a guest to a room, how can one trust that cleaning is done thoroughly? Oh, they don't! After settling into the room and spending some time in there, I stumbled upon an empty container of someone's snack!! YUCK!!

Great location. Great hotel. Very clean & staff is always nice. We love this hotel. This is the only place we stay when in the area. Love it here.
