I have stayed here before (many years ago) and booked a stay at the Inn on Randolph again, specifically because it advertises itself as a 100% gluten-free property. As someone with celiac disease, I rely on these claims for my health and safety. Unfortunately, this could not have been further from the truth. During my stay, I found wheat breadcrumbs and wheat wraps in the kitchen—actual, labeled wheat products in a place that claims to be entirely gluten-free. The chef even tried to serve me a wheat wrap. She had told me she would leave the wrap in the kitchen (as she was leaving at 9:30am) for lunch and that I could go get it from the fridge. What I found was the wrap in a box, next to the package of wraps that are WHEAT wraps. When I brought this serious concern to the manager’s attention, she flat-out denied it was wheat and very dismissively replied via email, "Just checked with our chef – she confirmed the wrap is Gluten Free. You can discuss with her tomorrow morning during breakfast time." Only after I sent her a photo of the ingredients label did she change her story, blaming the merchant: “the mishap must have happened at the merchant who delivered the wrong item.” The team took no accountability for verifying that items delivered to them are gluten free, all while they are making a claim to be gluten free. In the same visit to the kitchen, I saw these WHEAT breadcrumbs. The manager, Sally, called it an "inconvenience." This isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it’s a dangerous lapse that could put people’s health at risk, and I would have ended up in the hospital had I not checked. I asked to meet with the manager in person at check out to discuss it, and she declined. She promised to call me to follow up. That call never came. Aside from the gluten-free deception, the property feels completely abandoned. There’s no front desk, no on-site staff, and everything is self-serve—from keyless check-in to taking your own trash out. The rooms are full of hand-written signs on post-its and on light switches/controls that say "do not touch." It felt more like an unattended Airbnb than a boutique hotel. If you’re looking for accountability, service, or a truly gluten-free environment, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This experience was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unsettling.

Two couples, two rooms, for a three night wine tasting vacation. Relaxed town location, great breakfasts, nice fireplaces, strong a/c, we really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The girls walked each morning to town!

We decided to stay here based on the reviews thru TripAdvisor and were not disappointed! Very charming updated B&B close to the main streets of shops and restaurant. The rooms have calm colors and the bathrooms are tastefully updated. They offer rooms and cottages that all center around a calm and serene garden area. Most rooms have a outside area to sit and relax. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine and welcome note. The breakfast offered are gourmet and not buffet style. Guests have access to coffee, tea, water and sparkling water 24hrs. They offer a quaint living room area to sit, read and enjoy landscaped views. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Parking is free. Would highly recommend to stay here for couples.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon here. Sunday though Tuesday in early April. We found this property on a gluten free/ Celiac disease travel webpage. This property offers gluten free breakfast cooked by an incredible chef! DELISH cookies provided at night as well as all sorts of drinks. The room we stayed in was Union. It was spectacular with jacuzzi tub and heated floors, Incredible window views and the bed was THE most comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and kind, we can't wait to go back! 5 stars all the way!

We just got back from a great trip to Napa. We were lucky enough to discover the Inn on Randolph. What a treat it was. Karen Lynch, the owner and inn keeper couldn't have been better. She was warm, knowledgeable, and very well connected. She recommended and arranged several wine tastings, an incredible hot air balloon ride, and great dinners (which we were able to walk to). The inn is amazing. Upscale all the way. From the furnishings, beds, bedding, fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, breakfast, wine and cheese could not have been better. We had three rooms for our party of 6 and were completely satisfied. We will return.....

We stayed in the Randolph cottage. This was our first time in a B&B. The cottage was wonderful and clean. We loved spending time drinking wine on the back deck. Melissa made sure every need was taken care of. It was so convenient to the downtown. I especially enjoyed running through the neighborhood in the mornings.

The Inn on Randolph is GORGEOUS in every way! Karen greeted us at the door upon our arrival, giving us a lovely narrative of the Inn’s recent renovations and showing us all of the Inn’s amenities. It was wonderful that she took the time to explain all the entry codes, and also pointing out all of our room features and demonstrating how to operate each item. There are two seating times for breakfast at the Inn, and we were asked daily for our preferred seating time. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious! Coffee is provided in the Inn in the morning for anyone preferring a fresh brewed cup before breakfast. They also provide beverages, sparkling water, juice, hot beverages, etc., 24/7 in the Inn, the hospitality suite, and also in our room. The Fowler cottage was wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the linens were superb. There is a small kitchen area with a small table and chairs, a microwave, stocked refrigerator, and pod coffee/tea maker along with cups, spoons and glasses. Fresh cream was also provided daily and left in the refrigerator in our room, which was a nice touch! The cottage has a gorgeous bathroom with a state of the art soaking tub & a separate shower with dual shower heads. The heated floors were a real treat, too! Nothing has been overlooked… even a flashlight was provided for our walks into town for dinner. Who could ask for anything more! Thank you Karen for your warmth, hospitality, Napa Valley knowledge, and great recommendations... thanks also to Stacy or her fabulous breakfasts, friendly suggestions, and help with last-minute reservations. You both made our stay in Napa a trip we will always remember!

Beautifully designed B&B that goes above and beyond! We stayed in the Union room, which was spacious and comfortable with a private entrance. Breakfast each morning was a highlight - 100% gluten free and delicious. They even left iced coffee and gluten free cookies out in the afternoon for guests. The gardens and grounds are immaculate and lovely to walk through or sit in. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. This place is very special, we had an amazing stay and hope to come back.
