The room price is a bit expensive and the facilities are simple. There is no hair dryer or electric kettle. The hotel has limited parking spaces, but the location is good.

We arrived 90 minutes prior to check in and the receptionist charged us an additional $80 for early check in even though the room was ready. Additionally the room safe was inoperable and we had to secure our valuables at another hotel with our in laws. Also the HVAC unit in the room worked intermittently.

Great location walkable to Bottlerock festival and downtown Napa, clean and comfy.
Only note for other visitors is that parking is first come first served so we had to park off property in nearby residential streets for the weekend

Close to Everything but DIRTY!
The walls, doors and floor edges and corners were disgusting. Dried Food under the bed. Mold in the bathroom in the ahower and bathroom walls. Very helpful service though. Cheapest place in Napa and now we know why.

Dirty, bad WiFi, shady parking situation and staff gave bad guidance on how to find proper parking. Maintenance was bad — letting linens get dirty in between multiple days of waiting for fresh ones. Will not be back!
