Teoria Paros - Matsas Windmill

Our experience was very negative, mostly because of the host’s rude and aggressive attitude. She would knock on our doors loudly and repeatedly to wake us up two hours before check-out, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. She spoke to guests – most of whom were just 18 years old – in a threatening and insulting manner, as if trying to intimidate them in advance just in case they caused any damage. We personally witnessed her yelling and using inappropriate language. Totally unprofessional. As for cleanliness, the sheets were never changed during our 5-day stay. The cleaners barely did anything – they only dropped off toilet paper and did a quick, superficial mop. The floors were dirty, and the light in some rooms didn’t work. The bathroom would flood after every shower, and the doors inside the apartment didn’t close properly. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially for young people who just want to enjoy their vacation. No one deserves to be treated like that by someone who is supposed to be a host.

This was the perfect stay! Christina and the staff were so nice and super helpful/attentive.

The studios were full of very young people around 18 years old who were very loud all day and all night long, even between 3 am and 6 am. This kept happening every single night (we stayed there for 4 days). Even when we told the youngsters to be quiet, the only thing we got back were yellings and swearings. As a result we could not sleep at all before 5-6 am. We reported this multiple times to the housekeeper and the reception but no adequate action was taken. We were not the only residents that were annoyed but the studio did not to anything to stop that. Very disappointing. So if you want a quiet place to stay close to Naousa center, this is definately not the place to recommend. Another drawback was the lack of hot water especially in the evening after 7 pm.

good place for short stay . clean and good location walkable to the centre area. Very nice and very helpful landlord ... We had a small problem with the shower , it was too small and the curtain wasn’t properly placed , we would get water everywhere But other then that all was good

Teoria Paros was an amazing location for our short stay in Paros - we totally loved the compound, it was very clean and cozy. Location was really good, walkable to a really nice downtown location full of restaurants. There are also several parking spots around the location. It is very quiet as well. There is good air conditioning. We really loved this place and would totally come back in the future!

Issues were as followed: 1. The pictures are very misleading, the bathroom we were given was NOTHING like the pictures we had seen on ******* 2. Room needs TLC- wires sticking out of walls, rusty clothes rail, bathroom shower rail broken, chipped paint. 3. We found cockroaches in our room 4. On complaining about the cockroach, the receptionist was not as helpful as we would have liked, she said she wasn’t sure if there was a different room and it didn’t seem like she was in a rush to look and help (she mentioned she had to go somewhere else to check as her things (perhaps including computer) were no longer in the reception. It seemed like she was about to go home. 5.After taking to the receptionist, we then went through ******* to complain and they spoke to the manager (offsite) who suggested we go down to reception to speak to someone to request a room move, however reception was closed at least 30-40 minutes before this. (This all happened between 5:30-6:30pm) On the website, the hotel states it has limited reception hours but you’d expect someone to be there around 6pm given this is a common arrival time. Compared to other hotels in the area of a similar or cheaper price, it is not worth the money you pay.
