The property is situated on a steep elevation, making it challenging for guests with large luggage to access easily.
We had booked our room well in advance and later decided to bring our son along. Although we were willing to upgrade and pay additional charges on-site, the process was met with resistance and unfriendly behavior. The receptionist's attitude was unprofessional, lacking warmth and courtesy. She often rolled her eyes when asked questions. While our issue was eventually resolved, the lack of professionalism and hospitality made the experience far from pleasant. This could have been handled much better, especially for a property in the hospitality industry.
