"This homestay is in the residential area of Zhipu area of Naoshima. There is a bus at the door (Emperor Xia Station). The room is very spacious and comfortable. You can cook. There are 2 restaurants near the homestay. One eats ”Osaka roast” and one is a ”ramen shop”. The landlord is very talkative and speaks good English. Also introduced me to a beautiful cafe near me - Naoshima Coffee, walk for about 10 minutes, passing a good beach. Figure 6.7 is a cafe, and Figure 8 is a bus timetable."

"The steep hill leading up to My Naoshima Lodge felt quite unwelcoming at first, but to my pleasant surprise, beautiful cats came out to greet us! Being an avid cat lover, that really was a great perk for me. Anyway, the hotel, being relatively new, had very clean facilities and I really had nothing to complain about except for the relatively earlier checkout time (10AM! "Near to Miyanoura Port, coming from Uno Port. It is a mere 4 min walk from the port. There is no reception to inform you of the room. So we opened the doors to each building. My name was on a piece of paper near the door/ shoe shelf. If there is someone staying in a building, he/she/ they would have locked the door so no worries. Big clean and nice :)"

"The transportation is very convenient! JR Uno Station is just across the road and provides access to downtown Okayama. It is only a four-minute walk from the port and a ten-minute boat ride to Naoshima. There was a lady at the counter who could speak Chinese.
