首先房子沒有電話，要照片太必須親自下樓，房間小且簡陋。更讓人無法忍受的是房子後面有個大的供電房（如圖所示），夜間聲音特別大。跟前台反應，前台服務人員牛的很，也不搭理，最後説一會兒去看下，然後這等就沒人去解決問題。要求換下房間不給換。

強烈不滿，酒店價格在地方上應該屬於中上等消費水準，但是酒店的設施，房間環境還是有待提高，洗澡水一會熱一會冷，吹風機是沒有固定的，帶個機架，很不方便，空調不製冷，沒有任何檢修，特別是牀板硬的都趕上睡水泥地那種硬度。水質混濁的很，本來開的的觀景房，結果衹能看山。作為這麼大公司，應該着重提升服務水平，提升軟硬件設施，讓客人徹底感受賓至如歸。

訂的大床房因為大床房沒有打掃完工作人員擅自做主給了一間榻榻米，所謂的榻榻米房間就是地上放了一個很矮的牀板，我打電話問前台前台説現在全部都改成榻榻米了沒有大床房了，經過我再三電話溝通才得到原來是大床房沒有打掃出來，走到102房間門口看到保潔員把地毯扔在門口桌子上，正在拖地，洗手池漏水，因為孩子想爬山湊合住了一晚，以後不會再來

環境是挺不錯的，很安靜很適合放鬆親子游都是可以的，房型很多早餐也還可以，唯一不足的是在房間裏發現了一條挺大的蟲子，擔驚受怕，希望改善一下。

終於閑下來了，可以好好評價一下了🤭！每年必去五朵山，今年還是個特殊的日子，是愛人的生日，另外一方面也是想換換環境住到山頂感覺一下。因為還沒到旺季，且晚上山頂還是很冷的。上面衹有我們一家人三口人和另外一對小年輕。但前台的小姑娘和為我們服務的大姐們，還是讓我們一家人感受到了熱情。因為是淡季，所以飯店的廚師還沒到位。即便如此前台小姑娘和服務員大姐們還是儘量滿足我們的需求。知道是愛人的生日，特意在泡麪裏面加了荷包蛋，給孩子送了爆米花！第2天的早餐能看出大姐們是用心準備了！沒有廚師的情況下，做到這個程度已經很不錯了。頭天晚上和第2天中午還蹭了人家的員工餐😂，且員工餐還蠻對我這個河南人胃口的，反正我是吃着挺舒服的！
下面説兩點注意事項，一 在山頂帳篷住宿，如果你的睡眠特別好，那沒問題，你可以吃着早餐飽覽一覽眾山小，體驗山頂露營的感覺。如果你的睡眠不好慎重考慮，因為晚上山頂的風特別大，吹着帳篷嘩啦作響，還是很影響睡眠的！睡眠不好的人建議選擇半山的木屋或者賓館標間。二 即便到了四月天，山下熱的穿短袖，山頂的晚上還是很冷的，一定要拿厚外套，否則很難受😅
對商家想説的是，在旺季來臨前請務必把酒店設施維護好。作為一個一晚上一千多的山頂酒店，不是説非得讓你對標山下的五星級酒店，也不需要太豪華，但是最起碼的硬件設施的完整性，是必須要做好的。衹有客户的體驗好了，口碑打響了，才能讓越來越多的人光顧。我的體驗是開一個酒店也好，民宿也好，開店不是一個難事，往往是怎麼把它維護好，怎樣讓生意長久的興隆下去，這才是最難的。
