南漳出差在網上對比了幾家最後選瞭如家，真的非常驚喜，前台禮貌熱情，房間也比較乾淨，特別是窗户比較大房間陽光充足。

店家的信譽有問題，酒店會誘惑客人辦會員卡充值，充值時説的優惠價很便宜，等到實際住宿時價格就變成酒店價，費用比承諾的會員價高很多，還不能退費，各種坑，作為一個老顧客，説實話，服務一年比一年差。掉東西在酒店基本是找不回來的，試過兩回，都沒找到。

打着如家的名號，實際整個品控差的很遠。
房間裏面有很嚴重的異味，服務員噴了清洗劑。但第二天仍舊被臭醒。衞生做的也很差，隨手拍了幾張照片，有圖有真相。
停車也很難，店家説因為是五一滿房，但應做好預案管理和協助才是，結果都是靠自己去找車位。
