基本挺好，尤其在酒店的晚飯非常好吃。晚上房間電視出現了問題，酒店很快就來處理，並且為我們更換了房間，應急處理很到位。

酒店房間乾淨衞生，服務用心，早餐還有襄陽牛肉麪和小油條。特別要點讚的是客房服務員楊紅艷，服務熱情、真誠、細心，如家的感覺！下次再來南漳，一定還是凱萊悦享！

服務特別好，也很乾凈，位置也比較安靜，周圍環境也很不錯。性價比很高，值得推薦。離高鐵站也很近，酒店還有自助滾筒洗衣機跟烘乾機，可以很好換洗衣物，非常便捷。整體來説很滿意。價格也很實惠。下次還會選擇這家。推薦推薦！

設施：齊全，床墊子，枕頭很舒服
衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔
環境：門口亭台樓閣，還能垂釣
服務: 酒店工作人員都很熱情
早餐: 品種齊全，牛肉麪除了油大點，可是味道很好
停車: 停車不收費，還可以接送。
因為我是門店新客，小姐姐給我送了迎水果和牛奶。
很好的一次入住體驗。

停車方便，房間衞生乾淨，不臨街很安靜。
服務人員很熱情，早餐有20個品種很豐盛，還能吃飯襄陽牛肉麪。本來在入住前看了評論還有些擔心，實際到店之後發現這家酒店的服務確實用心了，贈送了歡迎水果，早餐券，升級了房型。在一個縣城能做到這樣很意外，下次還會光顧。
