這次入住體驗特別好，必須誇誇前台小姐姐！辦理入住時特別耐心，雖然當時人有點多，但全程笑臉相迎，講解酒店設施和周邊路線特別細緻，連附近哪家早餐店好吃都告訴我們了，特別貼心。後面臨時需要多要一條浴巾，打電話過去很快就送來了，態度特別好。退房時也很高效，還主動問我們要不要開發票，全程體驗感拉滿，因為前台的服務讓這次住宿加分不少，下次來還選這家！

晚上自駕來的酒店，門口停車位充足，酒店工作人員主動幫忙指引停車，大廳寬敞明亮，辦理入住很快，專門給了小童的用品。房間巨大，床墊很舒服，熱水壓力充足。周邊環境安靜無噪音，酒店樓下有自助超市和一家蘭州拉麪館，基本需求有保障。房間窗户有點關不上，打電話給前台很快工作人員前來處理，態度積極非常敬業。退房時把不要的拖鞋留在房間，後面酒店還打了電話確認是否遺漏了物品，贊一個。下次來南陽我還會住這家酒店，非常適合自駕遊的朋友們。
