In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I called the front desk and said that because the weather was now mild, the air conditioner in the whole hotel was turned off. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. 新開酒店，第一天入住覺得房間味道有點大~前台即可安排了空氣凈化器，到後面幾天感覺還好了。酒店服務和產品，硬件都非常不錯~ 房間內有免費水，飲料，還有歡迎水果，竟然還有小童拖鞋。房間設計也不錯，每個功能區都有，茶包竟然都是用的Chali，整個燈光控制系統也非常智能。另外升級後還有早餐，非常值這個價位了~ 5樓還有健身房和洗衣房，對於短期出行非常便利 1樓大堂有小童樂園，裏面有小童繪本書籍和積木，非常贊，雖然不大，但是這個配套非常國際化了~ 另外，大堂座位也挺多，還有關於酒店的書籍，很舒適，可以免費喝咖啡，還有歡迎飲料。1樓還有機器人送外賣或者需要的物品，科技感挺強酒店整體的配套和服務，遠遠高於我對這個酒店品牌定位的期望值。唯一有點建議就是電視的歡迎模式聲音可以調小一些。下次回去還將入住，值得推薦！
