In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. The hotel room rate did not increase during the Chinese New Year. Hou Ning, the manager of the hotel lobby, provided excellent service and gave the children a small gift, which they liked very much.
