房間衞生很差，設備很差勁。淋浴頭水流太小了，洗半天才能洗完澡。衹給了洗髮水沒有給沐浴露，空調遙控器也是開了關不了。更重要的是房間大半夜還會有🐔敲門，敲了大概三次看我沒開門就走了，安全性得不到保障，總之就是很差勁。

在南陽理工對面的一條街上，地理位置比較方便，吃飯什麼的也比較方便，屋子裡麪設施比較完善，適合學生黨入住，衹不過那幾天趕上迷笛音樂節，入住的有去迷笛回來的，屋子隔音不太好，吵鬧聲比較大

房間還可以，價格便宜，確實很實惠，出來考試住的，周邊各種小吃都有，出行比較方便，如果有機會還會選擇這裏。

各方面都挺好，特別服務態度，前台小姐姐人美心善，打掃衞生的阿姨熱心。但是總感覺房間有黴味，房間窗户很小，建議噴點空氣清新劑。
