The room is very good, the bathroom is completely isolated, like a suite, the big TV is comfortable to watch, the room is well soundproofed and sealed, free mineral water is provided, and large bottles of affordable mineral water are also prepared. It is really meticulous! The windows are large and bright, and there is a sofa. The front desk service is warm and responsive. I stayed for three nights in a row. The breakfast was rich, the bedding was good, and the sleep was comfortable. I will stay here again next time!

I came to Nanyang for the Spring Festival and chose this highly rated hotel online. The hotel has a great location and a large parking lot in the backyard. The only drawback is that all the charging stations are unusable. The hotel and the restaurant are together. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. We drank local wine and ate special dishes. The price was very affordable. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, with plenty of hot water and a large area. Will come again next time.

酒店地理位置很好，在市中心，停車非常方便，後面有一個大院子，一樓有飯店，菜也有南陽特色。就是房間寫着園景房，其實就看後院停車場，給個二樓那就更啥也別看了。每個房間含兩份早餐，前台還要問給幾份餐券，含幾份就給幾份唄，太累了也不想計較了。

昨天晚上七八點，我們住在四樓突然聞到很多的臭味走廊，都是臭的別的房間的顧客，也也跟我們在交流走出門説怎麼這麼臭給酒店的員工反映了，他們上來了兩撥人説一個説聞不到味，一個不吭氣兒走了。後面等了好長時間就告訴我們給我們換房間，換到二樓。由於我們葯監的朋友都在附近，換個酒店，很麻煩就想着湊合一晚上。同意了，我們是定了兩個房間。先換了一個房間，結果等到晚上9:30我們的朋友還沒走，想着説朋友走了再調。結果前台打電話催着説我們的房間滿了，你們趕快調，我們説稍等一會兒結果等到10:00我説幫忙讓你們的服務員上來報門般般行李，然後前台説樓上的阿姨已經下班了。通過這件事，第一，這個酒店的員工非常的不真誠設備非常的老舊。滿嘴瞎話，一會兒説客滿讓我們快點兒般一會兒又説服務員下班前後矛盾前後矛盾太有意思了。想問問這個酒店的老闆生意這麼好嗎？太棒了。
