沒有温泉的温泉酒店#位置交通在學校旁邊，整體算很偏了，打車非常困難。#房間設施設施非常老舊膈音很差，視頻打開聲音自己聽，真實情況比這個還吵。甚至無線網都沒有🫢晚上大堂都是黑洞洞的。而且酒店門口都是石子路，行李箱都拖不動🙃房間甚至沒有礦泉水提供…大堂自助販賣機購買#衞生很老的酒店，衞生中規中矩吧，老酒店裡算是還可以的#服務服務還可以，前台很熱情，要不是有服務在這裏，真的衹給1星了

環境：這是一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，讓我得以安享良好的睡眠。員工們熱情服務，令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種休閑設施，令我倍感放鬆。
服務：在這家五星級酒店，我體驗到了無微不至的關懷和卓越的服務。無論是前台的接待，還是客房的服務，都讓人感受到賓至如歸的温馨。酒店設施一應俱全，健身中心、游泳池、商務中心等都讓我感到非常方便。讓我印象深刻的是，酒店的衞生非常到位，每個角落都潔凈如新。

酒店距離高鐵站30分鐘，還是很方便的
早餐很豐盛，吃上一頓美美的早餐對於出差在外的我來説，是一件極其幸福的事🤗

1.酒店留在頁面的電話一直打不通，位置比較偏僻，半夜找酒店很不容易，酒店四周大片荒蕪的雜草地，晚上找酒店有困難。路上沒有燈，酒店四周沒有燈
2.預訂的家庭豪華房間，結果網上圖片與實際房間大相徑庭。實際房間就是上下鋪，完全沒有雙人床，嚴重懷疑是學生宿舍改造，牆角堆放着破舊的褥子，屋裡一股發黴的味道。
3.衞生條件相當差，臟臟的地毯上到處是噁心的黑洞煙頭洞。床墊上用一張薄薄的床單布蓋上就是床了。牆皮脱落嚴重，馬桶蓋完全壞的，酒店直接扔在洗手枱下，彷彿在彰顯衞生就是這麼擺爛。
4.問前台房間為什麼這麼差，跟預訂訊息大相徑庭。答曰每天網絡都會多放出房間來，最後都會安排這種房型（幾乎很多房間都是類似學校周圍的小宿舍旅館性質，但網絡上放出的竟然是豪華+家庭套房訊息）。並揚言沒法換任何房型。那麼酒店不會提前聯繫顧客告知實際情況嗎？。導致半夜帶着孩子沒法再去找別的酒店。請問酒店，欺詐都這麼明目張膽嗎？
5.攜程都聯繫不上酒店，酒店放出的電話和頁面宣傳太虛假。請有預訂意向的人仔細甄別。隔天攜程全部退給了我們房費。表示會嚴懲此類酒店行為。
6。現在是公平競爭的法治社會，請酒店誠信經營，切勿走歪門邪道。否則衹能被社會和顧客淘汰。
