房間很安靜，前台小姐姐很漂亮，工作人員和你，特別特別好，值得推薦，這酒店的馬桶真好，都是温的，不冰屁股，以後我也要裝一個這樣子的

趕早班飛機去提前入住的，酒店離南陽機場大概5分鐘左右車程，南陽機場較小，起降航班不多，所以夜間感覺不到飛機起飛降落的聲音，房間空間夠大，一樓有洗衣房和健身房，整體裝修風格現代，早班飛機，酒店安排了師傅5點半送機，這次在南陽入住的都是華住會旗下的全季和星程，身在河南，對比過其它沿海城市的華住會酒店，有一種酒店界的胖東來感覺，説不上來很温馨的感覺，讓我對這座城市有了更好的印象。
周邊有博物館和圖書館，夜晚看整體建築風格恢宏大氣，如果有時間可以好好逛逛。
建議：1、大堂早上起來等待接送車的時候，大堂沒有開燈，考慮可能是節能，可以理解，但是可以考慮做一個有限照明，兼顧便利和照明。
2、早上起早取烘衣機衣服，沒有找到洗衣房燈開關，可以考慮做一個人體感應燈，夜裡12點之前為自動常亮狀態，12點到早晨7點期間可以自動切換為人體感應亮燈模式，兼顧便利和節能，此外可以考慮在洗衣機上貼一個提醒標誌（請客人在洗衣前檢查下口袋內有無紙巾等遺漏物品），因為3個洗衣機中的2個洗衣機內都發現了紙巾，紙巾確實很容易被忘記。
3、可以研究下是否可以刷卡後電梯自動關門上行功能，北方的冬天，天氣乾燥，很容易生成靜電，有時在地毯上走過後，手部生成的靜電，按下金屬按鈕有瞬間的電擊反應。
4、房間床頭可以考慮增加一個類似全季的小型加濕器，尤其是乾燥的冬天，加濕器對入住體驗絕對加分。
亮點：1.本來早起值機還沒到酒店司機師傅上班時間，但是酒店前台小哥還是幫忙努力協調了送機車輛，傳祺M8的商務車，和酒店的總體感覺一樣，很新，司機師傅主動幫忙拿取行李，服務熱情。
2. 大風力吹風筒，快速吹乾頭髮。
3.大廳休息區相對獨立會談空間和咖啡供應。
這次對南陽華住會酒店旗下的全季和星程的總體感覺用3個詞來形容，舒適，人性化，關懷，在河南境內的華住會管理團隊或許也受到了胖東來的影響，未來怎麼樣不知道，但是當下你衹能盡心盡力去做好自己的工作，去服務好每一位客人。

半夜到達南陽機場，絲滑接機。酒店設施新，入住體驗良好。出正門左轉再右轉走20分鐘就到博物館，打卡博物館或早晚班機過夜，非常推薦。有個細節建議，6圖的花灑，可以貼個“按”字提示，不然大家下意識會上下拽着調節高度，容易壞

我不是託兒！我住過。太棒了！選擇星程是因為離南陽博物館很近，因為在城的新區，周圍的配套還沒有太完善，除了這點，其他的都是優點了。前台姐姐特別好，給升級到了家庭房，超大啊，寬敞明亮。當即決定再多住一宿。第二天還送我一份早餐。真的很謝謝，家人説，下次來南陽，這家星程酒店一定首選！
