帶着長者孩子出行，在路上就收到升級的電話，很驚喜！天天有水果，酒店設計感十足，很時尚。升級親子房還有個唯一的露台，不過晚上不能開窗睡，外面排風管的聲音有點大，早上有油煙味，晚上還有蚊子光顧，酒店的早餐不錯，嚐了南陽的牛肉湯，下次可以再來。

客房質量和服務水平都很高 早餐很美味 很多細節比如日常問候、餐盤顏色、自動窗簾、洗浴噴頭都在低調的顯示酒店的高端
總之 感謝華住會的良心 以這個酒店的檔次 標間700以上都不過分

房間挺大，設定不錯，早餐有特色牛肉湯，還有排骨湯，有健身房，還有小童玩的區域，停車場超級大，還是地下的，夏天出行真是太方便了，免費停車

設計非常公主風，進入房間非常輕鬆；房間很大，尤其喜歡沙發座位部分。毛巾、浴巾質量都很好，很喜歡裝修的顏色還有拖鞋布袋等顏色，很治癒。
而且早餐時間超長，這點特別好！非常驚喜，而且性價比很高，第一次來南陽，在這個酒店的體驗很棒。寫了明信片，酒店會幫忙寄，贊！
唯一的唯一是好像沒有給我們準備歡迎水果。

新開酒店，第一天入住覺得房間味道有點大~前台即可安排了空氣凈化器，到後面幾天感覺還好了。
酒店服務和產品，硬件都非常不錯~
房間內有免費水，飲料，還有歡迎水果，竟然還有小童拖鞋。房間設計也不錯，每個功能區都有，茶包竟然都是用的Chali，整個燈光控制系統也非常智能。另外升級後還有早餐，非常值這個價位了~
5樓還有健身房和洗衣房，對於短期出行非常便利
1樓大堂有小童樂園，裏面有小童繪本書籍和積木，非常贊，雖然不大，但是這個配套非常國際化了~
另外，大堂座位也挺多，還有關於酒店的書籍，很舒適，可以免費喝咖啡，還有歡迎飲料。1樓還有機器人送外賣或者需要的物品，科技感挺強
酒店整體的配套和服務，遠遠高於我對這個酒店品牌定位的期望值。唯一有點建議就是電視的歡迎模式聲音可以調小一些。
下次回去還將入住，值得推薦！

房間很新，很舒適，很乾凈，有智能窗簾，智能馬桶，大浴室，大洗手池，還有一個獨特小梳粧鏡子，用來化粧。五樓有健身房洗衣房。配套睡袍拖鞋，浴巾都很乾凈，很舒適體驗。唯一不太方便的是再次進房間後要重新連接wifi，投屏容易中斷，且需要加載，必須手機一直保持頁面…其他方面都特別好！
