Came to Shifo Temple to shop, and walked around for two days. There were no good hotels in Zhenping. I hurried back to Nanyang on the last day and finally had a good sleep. The hotel is generally rated five stars. I don't usually eat breakfast, so I didn't comment. Hotel advantages: 1. The bedding is good, and the sheets feel clean (less detergent residue) and will not cause coughing. I have a sensitive physique, so I highly praise it. 2. Ground parking is worth mentioning. There are many convenient locations and small woods. Friends who hate parking in underground garages will definitely like it. 3. The service is very good. When checking in, I told the front desk that I needed a quiet room, and I was arranged near the community. Checking out was also fast. I helped to get hot water for tea. The manager also gave me a small gift before leaving. Thank you. This hotel should be the best in Nanyang. In the past, Trip.com booked hotels, always the default praise, never made comments. This time I really have to say two words. Originally, I booked a business room, but the front desk arranged a big bed room for me, the price is different. After entering, I found this problem and called the front desk to confirm, and then asked me to come down and change the room. The front desk didn't even have an apology. I drank myself that night. I remembered to pour a cup of boiling water in the early morning. It was a bit cold to wear a lingerie. I actually found that the air conditioner could not be turned on. I called the front desk and said that because the weather was now mild, the air conditioner in the whole hotel was turned off. Really speechless, stayed in so many times the hotel encountered such a hotel service for the first time.

An old hotel in Nanyang, it is the first choice for reception. But the decoration is really weird, the sliding door of the bathroom has to be pushed back and forth to catch the water, which is very inconvenient. Not as good as the old building in front. The location is a bit far from the train station if you are travelling, but apart for this everything was beautiful. They picked us up at the train station and sent us back the day after even if only the one way service was included. The breakfast is rich, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very clean and peaceful. The manager and the workers are very kind and generous. If I will come back to 南阳 I will come back here for sure!
