這家酒店在網上評價不是很高，但實際住宿體驗下來，還是很不錯的，雖然設施等有些陳舊，但是房間還是乾淨整潔，設施基本齊全，還提供咖啡和茶葉及礦泉水，停車場很大，周圍環都不錯，早餐也蠻好，尤其是酒店內可以吃晚飯，免房卡8.8折優惠，菜品味道不錯。房價也不高，也很適合旅友們住宿。

開始是下單了這個單，便宜的房間，去了發現房間特別臟，裝修20年，黑嘛嘛的，覺得不符合，就問前台是否有好房間可以升級，後面服務員帶領我們升級了9樓的加了50元，還是覺得不好，就又讓服務員帶我們看了11樓的銀信主題的新房，相當滿意！傍晚沒有什麼感覺，到了11點開始聲音非常大，打電話讓客服處理，他以沒有房間的理由讓我們退房，或者換樓下原來看了不好的房間，開始還説是風箱的原來，後面乾脆説沒有這個事情，最麪通知處理，説第二天他們老大來了退差價，那晚我們一直到凌晨3點都無法睡覺，最後是實在困得不行快天亮才睡着的，第二天退房，他們主管直接不認，説沒有這個事情！

預訂兩間豪華雙人房，到店後升級為兩間商務雙人房，房間乾淨整潔寬敞，前台和餐廳的服務態度很好，酒店地處鬧市中心，有超大免費停車場，還包早餐和中午的自助餐，由於我們一早退房沒有去享受中午的自助餐，但早餐是中式自助，算是比較豐盛的，要是安裝一部咖啡機就更好了，哈哈！另外有間房間留有殘餘煙味算是美中不足吧，有機會再去南雄一定還會住在這裏！謝謝酒店的服務人員！

整體很贊，住在10樓，房間乾淨整潔，還有入住水果。晚上也很安靜。
關鍵地理位置特別方便，門口就有停車位。
周邊有很多商業，晚上走一走很愜意。
餐飲實惠有性價比，既吃到了本地菜，也有些迎合遊客口味做了微調。
服務態度特別好，很親切。

優點，位置方便，離三影塔很近。
缺點：前台服務態度不好，愛搭不理，特別是一個電了頭髮，比較長披頭散髮的阿姨。2：我們住的8樓，窗户對着迎賓樓的停車場，這個方向房間住了2天，每天早上7：00樓下的垃圾車枯隆枯隆的噪音，非常大，連續2天吵醒，大概吵10分鐘就停了，但是，已經沒有辦法入睡了。3：早餐是我住那麼多酒店吃過最差的，沒有之一，早上一點肉沒有，就是齋炒河粉，白粥，饅頭，雞蛋，當地一點油炸的餅。沒有了，小孩要加收，25元一人。第二天我們放棄酒店自助餐，2大1小3個人花了在外麪店裏吃早餐，共30在我們吃的非常好。

給很久沒回來的長輩訂的房間，長者家住的很滿意！説我們那一輩的人能在珠璣大酒店住上一晚都是很厲害勒。位置優越去哪裡都比較方便。衞生和服務各方面都做得很好。還有早午自助餐贈送！有親戚朋友過來玩還會繼續預訂這家酒店。值得推薦！
