服務人員態度很好，很有禮貌。
地理位置也不錯，整體都還蠻好，樓下就是趙一鳴，外頭下午還有賣水果的，蠻方便，離一小也就幾分鐘。
建議：強烈建議在電視櫃角落設定一個枱燈，想加個班都沒有燈。

必須差評，太吵了，樓下就是會所什麼的三更半夜在唱歌，已經是嚴重擾民。多次跟前台溝通都沒有用，導致我一晚上沒睡着。也不是第一次住這酒店了這次遇到這種情況，打電話跟前台溝通的時候直接不接電話。時間是凌晨兩三點一直唱個不停

服務熱情周到，前台接待充滿笑容，有一種回家的感覺，早餐很具地方特色，尤其是鴨子麪、小紅薯、小芋頭都是很地道的口味。酒店價格實惠、房間乾淨衞生無異味，入住放心安全。

房間非常大，房間設施設備和用品齊全。
不足之處是房間牆外就是餐廳的抽風機，所以比較影響睡覺。早餐一般，餐具都是冷的，所以用餐感覺冰涼涼的，白粥裏發現了頭髮。

來南雄看銀杏選擇了這家酒店，酒店位置不錯，在商業中心，樓下就有很多吃飯的地方。住的豪華套房，面積很大，乾淨衞生，有地下停車場，停車比較方便。

體驗特別差！
第一、服務差。我們在攜程訂的房，開三間房，身份證都提交辦入住了。房卡也開好了，就差人臉識別完成就可以了。來了個現金入住的，把我們網上預訂的放一邊，辦完現金入住的再給我們辦理。
第二：酒店設施比較舊，浴巾都起毛邊了。
第三：地毯異味太重 ，不知道多久沒洗地毯，一股發黴臭襪子味。住了一晚，第二天早上嗓子不舒服，結果開始感冒咳嗽。到今天都在吃葯，也不知是不是酒店有病毒病菌。
第四：預訂的時候特別問了酒店有沒停車場，前台説有，去了以後…停車場要走壹百多兩百米。不下雨還好，剛好遇到下雨，走回來鞋都濕了。
總結：這酒店下次不住了…
