Premier Inn Crewe (Nantwich)

Excellent soap. The quality of soap provided (free of charge) was of a standard I’d expect from a much more upmarket hotel chain. Well done Premier Inn Nantwich, thanks to your excellent soap, I could go about my business trip with squeaky clean, and well nourished armpits.

I chose the Premier Inn at Nantwich as I was attending a business meeting locally. It is an easy walk into the center of Nanwich but the hotel is on the outskirts of the town in a lovely setting. The hotel was very clean and the rooms provided all the necessary things you would expect in a room. For example tea, coffee, kettle, extra pillows and a fan (no air-con) but I wouldn't have needed it anyway as the room was sufficiently large enough to keep cool with the use of the fan. Emily the receptionist was polite and friendly on arrival and available to help if I needed it. Only thing is that The Premier Inn does not provide food but there is a lovely pub next door. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Stayed here for a friends wedding, early check in was an option and Emily was fantastic with sorting this out. Room was immaculately clean and bed was big and comfy. Hotel was busy the weekend I stayed but the staff were friendly and always helpful, would definitely use this hotel again for any nearby events.

Really good location. Really friendly staff. Really clean rooms. Really comfy beds. Town centre less then a 20 minute walk away which was ideal as there was no restaurant attached to the premier inn. Would highly recommend for a quick visit to Nantwich.

The welcome from the gentleman on reception was warm and friendly, the room was clean and the bed was as comfortable as always. Only thing missing from this hotel is breakfast and dinner within, pub adjacent not open for breakfast weekdays but does for job for dinner. Would definitely recommend.

Due to a family wedding in Nantwich, there were 10 of us staying at the Premier Inn across 3 rooms (6 adults and 4 children). We stayed for just one night and the location was handy for us. It’s the kind of hotel I would usually describe as cheap and cheerful - no frills and quite run down, but at £153 per room for one night I unfortunately couldn’t use this description. I’m not sure if a local festival which occurred on the same day had raised the room price, but I would expect a significantly better hotel for this nightly rate. The room was very hot despite the fairly cool temperature outside so it wasn’t a great nights sleep. The room did have a standing portable fan but it was very dusty so I would be reluctant to switch it on. Overall, the price versus the quality during my stay means I can’t recommend the Premier Inn Nantwich.

Just a small hotel but does the job, nice pub next door for food.very clean & friendly staff on arrival

Hotel was clean and tidy, the only issue I was very disappointed that I had to pay an extra £10 for an early booking. The hotel was expensive to start.

I had no reservation but last minute circumstances required me to book a room. Found the lady on reception to be very polite and friendly. She was able to sort a room out for myself very quickly, believe her name was Amy A.... something. Room is as you'd expect from a premier inn but staff I met were professional and courteous.
