It’s perfectly located within walking distance to the Hyline ferry and bus hub. The house was completely rebuilt in 2021 and has icynene insulation on all six sides, all the latest modern amenities, fantastic sound system that you can link to your phone, even the refrigerator screen is linked to music and internet. The lighting system is well designed with mood lighting. There are two comfortable patios with ceramic stone and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand when you return from the beach. There are two smart TVs and even an electric fireplace for fun! You’ll be happy being home and love being only steps away from all the charm of downtown Nantucket and the harbor.
