We stayed in the innermost room in Building B this time. There was no noise and we couldn't hear the noise from next door. There was just the hum of the engine outside the air conditioner outside the window. You can still hear a little bit even if the windows are closed, so those who care are advised to wear earplugs. The room has an extra large double bed and a regular double bed, a coffee table and two chairs, a TV, a clothes rack, a pantry and a refrigerator. The space is okay. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the shower side is a bit narrow. I was a little embarrassed to use a bathtub and a chair to help my four-year-old son bathe. Hope the room cleaning can be improved. However, it is really a good deal to stay in a quadruple room with side lake view including breakfast for less than 3,000 during the holiday. If you have the chance, you can consider coming back next time.

Great location as the hotel is right in the center of the Ita Thao town where you can easily walk to the lake, pier, hiking/bike trail, and foodie places. Hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help every step if asked. The high floor suite is sizable with fairly large jacuzzi tub and shower room. A private balcony provides a partial view to the lake. Free designated parking garage is a plus in a crowded town. The lake view however is partially blocked by some apartments in front but the hotel is still close to the water front. The hotel building, incl room, furnitures and decorations, does show some age and is about right to have its current star rating and price. We definitely enjoyed the stay.
