The hotel is located about 5 minutes from Date-gun Pier, which is quite convenient! They also offer free afternoon tea! The rooms are well-equipped, with plenty of air conditioning and a very Japanese-style feel. There's also a balcony with a view of Sun Moon Lake! Stargazing at the stars is a real treat!

The view from our room (high floor) is amazing! Check in and check out process is easy and smooth. Very friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was yummy too. Would definitely recommend to my friends who come to Sun Moon Lake.

Great place, very comfy. Hot water dispenser is available. Owner is very friendly and advised places to visit. A short distance to the lake, passed by many places to eat and snack along the way. There were 7-11, family mart, good to grab bread and chips. Rice wine was nice and tasty. Weather was cold and wet when we visited, luckily no typhoon. All was calm during our visit, typhoon hit kaosiong and keelung badly.

Love the view. Love the location. We booked the corner room on top floor. Spacious with living area and a balcony. Right on the Main Street. Easy to get food and drinks. Easy to get to the pier. 7-11 is 1 min walk away. Staffs were friendly. Good amenities. Breakfast was ok but the view was very good. Taxi from the hotel to Taichung high speed train station cost 2,000 Twd and staff was able to book for us. Highly recommended.

It’s an historic wooden hotel. Give you a natural holiday feeling. Though the hotel is quite old but the management is good. Good service. Nice staff. Good view of the lake. Breakfast is also nice. Room is big. We love their fragrant toiletry.

Excellent location, just by the sun moon lake. 2 mins walk to Ita Thao market and convenience stores. Lots of food options. Ferry per is 5 mins walk - get way to get to Shuishe the main tourist village. Hotel breakfast area has a patio that overlooks the lake, great place to chill. They offer complimentary afternoon tea tasting betw 3pm to 6pm. Our room is at level 7, had to walk up a flight of stairs as the elevator only goes up to level 6. Offered basic toiletries - shampoo and bath gel. No soap, toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Bring your own or buy from reception. Bed is super comfortable! You can't see sunrise and sunset from the this boatel, but nonetheless you wake you to a serene and picturesque view.

The environment here is perfect for a vacation and relaxation. In the morning, guests can enjoy a scenic view of Sun Moon Lake from the terrace. The breakfast provided is quite satisfactory, and boat tickets to the opposite shore are available. The service desk is available to assist with booking a taxi to the high-speed rail station at a reasonable price. For those looking to save on travel expenses, the bus station is nearby, and taking the bus to the high-speed rail station is a convenient option.

A hotel with an extremely scenic view. The only downside is that the hotel is not near to any food establishment and you need to take bus or taxi to reach the attractions or return to the hotel , if you do not have a car. Hence downloading the App “Find Taxi” is very important to us. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They even offered us a ride to a restaurant nearby when we need to go for dinner.

I am not happy with the corner room and the lowest floor.  I only saw a small part of the lake.  I am very disappointed with the room assigned to me.  The room is spacious and very clean and the bed was comfortable.  But I don’t think I will go back again since I feel like was being tricked.  

This is my first time staying at a hotel near Idashao Pier. It is very close to the pier and the shopping street. After parking, you can basically stay there until check-out. The surrounding living functions are very convenient. Features of the hot spring hotel rooms: hot spring pool, water comes out very quickly, balcony curtains are electric, toilets are also fully electric, Facilities: Experienced the outdoor swimming pool, spa area, Luluzaza children's play area Breakfast buffet: The breakfast is good, but if there are many people, you will be assigned to another area or have to wait for others to finish eating. Overall, the hot spring bath in the room is nice, the breakfast is delicious, the Ita Thao Pier shop arcade is convenient, you can also take a boat or experience water activities. Walking along the beautiful scenery of Sun Moon Lake in the morning, you will want to come back again👍
