Staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is out of my expectation. Very decent!

The bathroom is probably the worst that I ever experienced.

Most stays within Cingjing has no elevator/ lift, so be prepared to carry your luggages up & down some stairs within the compound. Room was as per advertised. Spacious enough for a family of 4. Toothbrush, comb, shavers and towels are available too. Staff was good and clear of information. Just be mindful that after 8pm onwards, there would be no staff around - so you would require to remember the password of the main entrance. NOTE: There's no English T&Cs, so be prepared to have your Google translator on your phone if you can't read Chinese. Constant hot water for shower would be from 5PM to 12PM daily. If you would to shower earlier in the morning, you would require let the water run for awhile before the hot water is available otherwise you may have to shower with icy cold water. Generally, you would require a transport within Cingjing else it's not accessible for you to grab food or your necessities from the 7-11. Breakfast is available at NT$200/pax from 7:30AM - 9AM. Brunch is available at ala carte prices ranging from NT$150 onwards from 9AM - 2PM. Restaurants are available within Cingjing if you have your own transportation. Otherwise, you may wish to call the cafe located at the Swiss Garden, they do offer food delivery but be sure to check on their operating hours. 😀

The hotel is conveniently located, adjacent to Little Swiss Garden and Cingjing Shopping Mall. It is very simple to meet three meals. The staff is very friendly and patiently reminds everyone of things to pay attention to. The room has all basic supplies and is in good hygiene.

A good cost-effective hotel with reasonable room prices and a comfortable environment. There is also a restaurant where you can order meals. It is really great to enjoy a night at the Cingjing Farm in a beautiful environment.

The room is quite large, the environment is beautiful, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, it feels like a vacation. The hotel has a lot of rabbits, and the children have fun playing with the rabbits! The bathtub was a bit dirty and I didn't dare take a bath.

The location is not far from Little Switzerland, about ten minutes' walk, next to Cingjing Elementary School. The hotel building is full of European style, the room is moderately sized and clean, and parking is convenient.

Located not far from Cingjing Farm, it is a very good scenic spot. The design of the B&B is also in the style of a European manor. The meals in the restaurant of the B&B are also good, making it suitable for the whole family to travel.

The annual vacation has passed. The overall situation is clean and comfortable. The room size is moderate, but the circulation is a bit strange. There is a charging facility but it was said to be broken that day and cannot be used. The sound insulation is average.

20231211-12 Nantou Provence Rose Manor ~ Super satisfying accommodation experience! The staff at the front desk provided very kind service, and were very caring and heart-warming. Especially when they introduced the environment of the manor and the layout of the accommodation rooms, they were very detailed. In addition, the nearby scenic spots are as beautiful as paintings. It is really beautiful. It is very close to the Little Swiss Garden and Cingjing Starbucks. It is so convenient. I recommend it.

The location is ideal and safe. There is a group of rabbits just outside the window of the accommodation room. When you open the window in the morning, you can see the rabbits jumping around looking for food. It is really interesting! It is also very close to Cingjing Farm!
