everything was okay except that my luggage handle did not work properly after i deposited my luggage with them and they delivered it to my room for me when i checked in afterwards. they denied damaging it but it waa definitely working previously. breakfast was so so, not much variety. room was still quite okay.

Lakefront hotel with spectacular view. Staff are courteous and responsive to inquires and needs. Breakfast is full buffet only if occupancy exceeds certain threshold. When offered, buffet does provide sufficient variety. Shuttle is available only to the parking lot. It so happens this side of the lake has cable car service to see aboriginal cultural center with activities. Lake has water activities and pier. Sufficient restaurants nearby offer good local cuisine. This side of the lake is accessible by shuttle bus or boat after getting off at the bus station. Highly recommended!

Spectacular and stunning view with amazing waterfront location overlooking the entire Sun Moon Lake. A overwhelming amount of time staying this property is one of my best choices from my recent experience.

The room is large and well-equipped. There is an elevator inside. The breakfast is delicious. The key point is that the service staff are very considerate. They can store our luggage for the next day's trip to the lake. They also let us buy snacks to eat in the lobby. They also offered to help us take out the trash and take us there Parking lot, I will choose this hotel next time I have a chance, and I will recommend it to others, thanks to the service staff from 8/18~8/19. Attached is a photo of the observation deck on the 10th floor.

The price is a bit expensive but the location is OK. Breakfast is average.

The scenery is beautiful, the pier is just opposite the hotel, the downstairs is very convenient

Invincible lake view, close to the pier and cable car station, downstairs is the lively snack street, very convenient. Tickets for boats and scenic spots can be purchased directly from the front desk, which is cheaper. The included breakfast was simple and seemed to our taste. Thumbs up. If you want to charter a car, you can ask the front desk to help you book it, and the price is about the same. By the way, there is no Uber on the island.

The location of the hotel is convenient, just next to the pier. The view is first-class, the best place to watch the sunset, and the hotel staff provide friendly and warm service. Breakfast is better than other hotels!

The hotel is located near Ita Thao Pier. The parking lot is very close to the hotel. The room space is good. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas and there is a bathtub. You can drink on the rooftop while enjoying the beautiful view of Sun Moon Lake. My only regret The room we checked in did not face Sun Moon Lake☹️Surrounding shops started to close at 20:30, and there were too many shops to choose from.
