The hotel is located on the sea side, the view is very nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. It's better to bring your own car to have the trip more convenient. If you ask for bikes, you might get the reply that it is better to rent the bike at Shuishe pier as it is too dangerous to use the road in front of the hotel. They don't seem to be very prepared for individual travellers.
Breakfast and dinner are good and fresh, and you may find a lot of different dishes. The staff are friendly and kind, even if there are many who don't speak English.

Excellent view of the lake, wonderful five-star resort hotel, hotel service is excellent,  breakfast buffet is excellent  Make sure you stay more than one night because Sun Moon Lake is worthy of a longer visit then 1 night.  the room comes with free drinks and snacks, coffee machine, and coffee.

A fantastic lake view was all I expected from this hotel, and it was adorable. I think the room with a lake view is worth it. The buffet of dinner and breakfast was really nice.
People were kind. The hotel provides 28 types of pillows!! I picked 3 types of latex pillow, and I could enjoy my sweet dreams.

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
