ㄧ進門有很熱心服務的工作人員協助拿行旅，登記入房的服務人員超親切迅速的幫忙處理入**項，雖然房間內有些潮溼味道，但房間景色蠻優美的

座落於溪頭寧靜山中，有優質的山泉水，環境乾淨、服務人員態度佳，設施還不錯，可惜房間的窗戶無法開啟，讓我們享受外面清新的空氣，只能吹空調。

酒店雖是有超過三十年历史，但她的地理位置實在太好，離溪頭自然教育園區挺近，酒店有接駁車往返。飯店大堂寛敞華麗，惟餐厅和房间的陳設比较老舊，硬件算是一般。但酒店餐厅的服务人員及活動中心的職員都非常親切有禮，详细介绍酒店內的活動及附近的景点。如再往溪頭旅游，定再入住。

服務態度不錯，晚上餐廳有駐唱可以欣賞，還有電影撥放可以全家同樂。但餐廳的生菜沙拉不新鮮，吃了拉肚子。
