Very big room with two queen beds. Window view of the forest. Monster theme and performance on the McLain plaza. The food was ok. Convenient store on the premises for late night snacks and needs.

We stayed one night at the Monster Village. There were shops and food stalls around the hotel rooms. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony on the second floor overseeing the village street. Our room booking included breakfast buffet 7 am - 9 am, typical ********* breakfast items like porridge and noodles. There were multiple live performances which was pretty entertaining, but most of the activities are geared towards younger kids my tweenagers. There is a specialty Nettles bread that everyone waited in line for a fresh batch. Overall it was a fun experience and good photo spot!

Room is very commodious, clean and has well-equipped facilities.

The atmosphere in the ** Village Park is comfortable, and it is easy to buy souvenirs and meals. There is also a 24-hour convenience store. I really like this hotel stay.

On the night of check-in on 1/13, the shower water had been running for almost 20 minutes and the hot water flow was not too hot. The flow of hot water was also very small. The whole check-in felt very bad. I called the front desk that night and asked if there was a heater in the room. They said it was on from afternoon to night at 16. If there is no heater, just tell us that we can accept it, but it is obvious that there is no air blowing, it is only the air supply.

The facilities and meals are very ordinary, the service is average, the room has a musty smell and the faucet is loose. Unable to provide assistance in modifying the invoice title (it was said that it was not ordered from you). The food in the restaurant is tasteless.

After informing the restaurant that the restaurant is vegetarian, the restaurant team leader asked the chef to prepare 4 or 5 dishes and a soup. The service is great and the vegetarian food is delicious. Five-star praise. Will visit again for vegetarian food💕💕

The service staff are less common, the facilities are more fun for children, and the elderly prefer the surrounding woods and air. It is very convenient to eat, there is a FamilyMart convenience store, and it is also very convenient to buy vegetarian food.

We happened to meet a tour group during dinner time. The restaurant was a little short of manpower and the meal replenishment speed could not keep up with the consumption speed. There are so many fireflies in the firefly viewing activity!

Came here for the second time There are fewer stores than before the epidemic, and there are fewer activities I came with high expectations, but came back disappointed. Dinner at Qingshan Dining Hall is only suitable for those who book a group tour or those who have booked a room that includes dinner. There are not enough staff in the canteen, so I don’t admit it directly. I just say that someone will be available after about a certain time. The first time it was said that there were too many people in the group and the kitchen had no time to bring out the food, so they had to wait until 7pm. After 7pm, they were told that the group's guests had not finished their meals yet, so they had to wait until 7:30. They said they didn’t want to lose customers, but they didn’t want to keep people waiting. Then they asked if they could take it out. They ordered a few dishes but none of them were available. So are the guests only entitled to eat leftovers from the team? Keeping guests in this way will only lead to resentment. Why not simply say that you will no longer accept guests from the beginning? I came here for dinner because I was hungry, otherwise I would have gone to another restaurant long ago.

It was the first time I came here. I called me in the afternoon to confirm whether I needed a bed surround. They asked me to put it on in advance. I was also told that I needed a bed surround. When I arrived at the hotel, it was not installed at all! When I checked the TV again, it was broken, with a black line in the middle, and it often couldn't be pressed out (it couldn't be turned on at first, but then the housekeeper came to check it out and turned it on for us, and there was a black line). He also told us , this TV is broken, but the middle line can still be viewed, it should not matter! ) leaving us dumbfounded! Lots of questions! The hotel is not sincere in dealing with the problem. As soon as I checked in, I just felt that the service attitude of the front desk staff was very good! others! I'm really sick to my stomach. It's totally not worth spending money to suffer! Won't come here a second time!
