Room view were great. The Room housekeeping was bad, all kinds hairs all over the room, bed and pillow. Bath tub was dirty. Wifi not working. Noisy as I was allocated tp the first room above the lobby

因為多年前的風災，盧山溫泉至今都沒有恢復舊貌
以至遊客稀少且店家多數歇業，開門營業的只有兩
三家，人煙杳杳，有些荒涼。

算是廬山最大的飯店，工作人員對於工作相當熱情，讓人有回到家裡的感覺，服務也很棒，剛好我跟朋友在不同樓層，還特別調度讓我們在同樓層，剛好我房間內的浴缸壞掉了，二話不說，直接幫我更換房間，有附晚餐與早餐，完全不馬虎，早餐就這樣先不用說，晚餐四菜倆湯，在快炒店差不多500~800這價格區間，非常好的飯店，雖然設施年久真的有些歲月的痕跡，但看的出來主事者與員工用心的經營，下次還會入住的飯店。

清明節連續假期，我們一家三口來此一遊，還好沒有太多人，大眾池不會有擁擠，感覺快把這個地方包場起來，讓人有很放鬆的感覺，房間整體還算整齊，唯獨讓我怕怕的是浴缸，原本應該是可以在房間泡湯，但浴缸真的讓人怕怕，飯店真的要加強清洗，早餐也還行，服務人員也很客氣，只要提升浴缸清潔，我相信溫泉館生意一定興隆，整體服務還是很棒棒，盧山就靠你們來維繫，期待下回再到此一住

廬山目前並非台灣熱門旅遊景點，所以前來此地，不會過度擁擠，反而多了一份清閒感。飯店雖然並非高檔及新穎的飯店，但就台灣有溫泉的飯店而言，CP值算是不錯的選項。飯店的服務態度良好，這點值得嘉許。
