The hotel is 3-minute walking distance to the pier and 800 meters to the cable car station. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast has both western and Chinese options. I would recommend anyone staying here to check Wi-Fi signals the moment you enter the room, as I had connectivity issues in the room, the connection keeps dropping out, and I couldn’t even make a voice call using the data network. This is very disappointing, as the internet is unusable. I was very disappointed

Beautiful location and view across the lake. The owners are kind and friendly and the lady speaks good English. The location is close to Ita Thao for the boat, food and convenience stores. You can walk to the doorway station in about fifteen minutes. My only complaint is that I was told breakfast is available until 10:30am, but when I got there at 9:40 I saw it was a buffet and there was barely anything left. I asked if it would be replenished and the male member of staff said no. Ended up skipping breakfast the next day

I was very lucky to stay in room 604, with a 270° view of the lake. The bed faced the lake view. very beautiful. After it rains at night, there is another kind of beautiful scenery, as if you are in a foreign country. A really rare housing experience. The bathroom is just the right size, the water pressure is strong and very comfortable. Slippers in the room and bathroom are provided which is very considerate. An afternoon tea is provided for each person that day, with four different teas and cookies. Full of sincerity! Breakfast includes simple dishes, including vegetarian or Western-style toast, fried foods, and freshly fried vegetables. Cooking white porridge is delicious, but what seems simple is actually not easy. Even a few simple dishes are guaranteed to fill you up. Beverages include black tea, fresh milk, oat milk, and coffee machine. The waiter at the counter was very enthusiastic and the introduction was very detailed. Any questions can be assisted. There is a parking lot next to the B&B, which is very convenient. It is important to have an elevator‼ ️There are outdoor seats on the first floor which are very comfortable! There is also a cute cat for company. I highly recommend this B&B and will come back next time.

This time I stayed in a deluxe room with full lake view. My family had a great time. It is 3 minutes away from the shopping street. It is very convenient. I bought a Formosan Amusement Park package from the counter. The service was great!

The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked 4 rooms for this family trip. I heard that the soundproofing was not good before. In fact, when I checked in, I felt that it was quiet in two rooms, but I could hear the sound from the other room in the second room. However, the front desk was very considerate and provided earplugs for self-service. The B&B looks like an old B&B that has been partially renovated. It’s easy to see that the bathroom door and cabinets have a sense of age. The air volume of the hair dryer is weak. It is best to bring your own. In the outdoor space, you can sit on a rocking chair and relax while looking at the lake view. It is also beautiful to take photos. The breakfast buffet is simple but I like it☺️ The light in the lake view room will be brighter in the morning. People who are afraid of bright light when sleeping in the morning may want to pay attention. Overall, the CP value is still very high.

The unpacking was successful. After getting off the Ita Thao Pier, you still have to walk a distance. You live on the 6th floor. The elevator only goes to the 5th floor. You have to climb another flight of stairs. But the view is very good. There are three large windows. The elders and children like it very much. The staff is very kind. There are refreshments for tasting when you check in. I like to sit at the table outside the restaurant. Whether it is breakfast or tea, with the beautiful scenery, it makes people very comfortable and relaxed. Although it is not indoors, it is still quite cool in the summer. Pay attention to mosquito repellent. The front desk provides mosquito repellent. Next time I go to Sun Moon Lake, I will choose to stay here again.

The next day In the morning, the sky was clear and the beautiful lake view was visible. The service staff provided very kind service. I was very satisfied with this check-in experience. Our whole family was very happy!
