The hotel is 3-minute walking distance to the pier and 800 meters to the cable car station. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast has both western and Chinese options. I would recommend anyone staying here to check Wi-Fi signals the moment you enter the room, as I had connectivity issues in the room, the connection keeps dropping out, and I couldn’t even make a voice call using the data network. This is very disappointing, as the internet is unusable. I was very disappointed

Beautiful location and view across the lake. The owners are kind and friendly and the lady speaks good English. The location is close to Ita Thao for the boat, food and convenience stores. You can walk to the doorway station in about fifteen minutes. My only complaint is that I was told breakfast is available until 10:30am, but when I got there at 9:40 I saw it was a buffet and there was barely anything left. I asked if it would be replenished and the male member of staff said no. Ended up skipping breakfast the next day

The public space is comfortable and the overall feeling is great. All questions are answered. Desserts, brewed coffee and tea are available at any time. The lake view room is a good place to stay. I will definitely visit again next time I go to Sun Moon Lake.

The lake view is beautiful. It is suitable for couples to stay in the lake view room on the seventh or eighth floor. It feels quiet and leisurely. Parking is also convenient. There is a fixed parking location. It is within walking distance to Ita Shao and not far from the Youth Activity Center. It is only a short walk away. You must not open the window at night. If you accidentally open it and look at the lake, you don't have to sleep all night to learn about the mosquitoes. It is really a good place to relax on vacation.
