It was a great and comfortable stay in Sun Moon Lake this time. We chose the room type facing the lake (first row with front lake view) Big balcony and lake view Not inferior to other five-star hotels at all The room size is very comfortable The bathtub in the bathroom is very ergonomic and is very easy to lie down in. The wet and dry separation is also very comfortable The bed is also very good, I can lie down and sleep well. The air conditioner is very quiet and the room is cooled very quickly. Even if you stay in the room all day and enjoy the lake view, it will still be very comfortable. Buffet style breakfast is simple and delicious The first floor of the hotel itself is also a restaurant Lunch and dinner are also provided It happened to be raining and it was very convenient if I didn’t want to walk too far. With free parking (about 5 minutes walk) Another great plus is pet friendliness (another +300) I hope every guest with furry children can maintain good accommodation habits Only then can our families with pets enjoy accommodation in such an excellent environment🩷 A restaurant we will come back to next time👍

All the staff were very accommodating, even going out of their personal way to make my travel around the area easy. Public transportation is passing by the area, you do not have to go to the centre to get a ride back yo Taichung

Beautiful location and view across the lake. The owners are kind and friendly and the lady speaks good English. The location is close to Ita Thao for the boat, food and convenience stores. You can walk to the doorway station in about fifteen minutes. My only complaint is that I was told breakfast is available until 10:30am, but when I got there at 9:40 I saw it was a buffet and there was barely anything left. I asked if it would be replenished and the male member of staff said no. Ended up skipping breakfast the next day

It was around 2:30 in the morning when we arrived at the hotel from Taipei. The hotel was clean and tidy, and there was an elevator to reach the desired floor. When we arrived at our destination this time, we slept until we got up at 8:30 in the morning for dinner. The restaurant is located on B1 and has self-service bars on both sides. It is delicious (as shown in the photo). There is also a lake view where you can take pictures and even go out for a walk after the meal. A good day begins with breakfast. In terms of price, I think it's okay. There is an absolute cp value. Will stay here again if I have the chance. A good hotel with a good impression.

It is a good spot to buy necessary stuffs and an access full place to see some view and go other view spot you want to see. facilities is so so. service is just ok. restaurant persons probably tke your food plans and bowl quickly if you don't notice that, it is kind of rude way. except this , other aspects is ok or so so for this restaurant. besides,you can rent bike easily outside in this spot.

The hotel is located above the Sun Moon Lake. The view is fantastic. We booked one lake view room and one room facing the mountain. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is a bit old. The water pressure of the bathroom is very low, thus it took a long time to take a bath. The water pipe of the water basin is a bit long, it is easy to hurt your eyes if you were careless. The room lights are a bit dim while the sound of the air conditioning is quite noisy. Food varieties of breakfast is good but lack of staffs to refill the foods. You wouldn’t have much to eat if you come to breakfast lately say after 9.30am. The hotel has two car parking spaces. It is convenient and free of charge.

Location is short throw from nantou bus stop. Slight walking distance to 7-Eleven. Has hotpot restaurant at the hotel lobby. Good mountain scenic view from hotel. Only down side was that there are no road light outside. If wanna grab thing from 7-Eleven at night, hotel can lend a torchlight for u to walk there.

The best part about this hotel (国民賓館) is its location. Bus 6664, 6658, 6659 all stop less than 80m from its entrance if you're using Nantou bus. It's along the main road which is easy for pickups if you're joining local day or night tours. Across the road from Little Swiss Garden. Even Cingjing Farm has signs along its walking paths directing visitors to the hotel. The other main benefit was that the room rates I paid on Trip.com included a pair of tickets to Green Green Grassland, Little Swiss Garden and a discounted ticket (only need top up 30TWD each) to the Cingjing Skywalk - pleasantly surprised to know this only at check-in although I knew beforehand that the room rates included basic Chinese breakfast for 2, which was another convenient point for guests. The hotel buildings and room was a bit dated, no aircon since the weather in the evening and morning is cooling. But the room, bed, utilensils and toilet were clean. The view from the room balcony and hotel garden was nice to view sunset.
