I decided to stay in Nantong for one night on the night of the game back to Nantong, because I returned to Shanghai early the next morning in the development zone, so I booked Wanjing. The hotel is relatively new overall, the room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic. After breakfast, the waiter sister also sent drinks and biscuits. Hotel parking is also convenient to the door, the overall price is very high! I will choose this next time I go!

This Novotel was exceptional to stay in. It is clean, spacious with good food, and is well located. The team running this hotel are really accommodating. A special thanks to everyone on the front desk for being so helpful, especially to Candy who very kindly helped us use the laundry machines on more than one occasion - this was really excellent service. The hotel is set amongst the eco corridor park, and is also easy to get to from the Nantong metro line 1!

The front desk service was active and welcoming, courteous and thoughtful, the room was clean and tidy, the most important thing was quiet, I slept all night until dawn, parking was very convenient, the ground was free, breakfast had a variety of snacks, The big dumplings made by the aunt and the hand-packed dumplings taste good, and I will choose this hotel next time I travel.

The hotel experience this time was great! The hygiene is impeccable, the room is spotless, and the bedding is clean as new. The quality of the guest supplies is very good, the toiletries are very comfortable, not the kind of cheap goods. The most praiseworthy thing is the service, from the front desk to the guest room are particularly warm and thoughtful. As soon as I arrived in the lobby, I sent hot tea. Later, I needed something on call. There was no smell in the whole room. There was a faint fragrance and it was very comfortable.

It's branded Hilton, but it truly bears no resemblance to what one expects from a Hilton. Driving into the parking lot, it felt incredibly desolate, like entering an abandoned construction site. The ground was covered in construction dust and was very dirty. We had to enter through a back door, as the main entrance isn't accessible from the street; it's rather located inside what looked like a shopping mall entrance, next to a disused escalator. The grime outside was already off-putting, but upon entering the room, I pulled open the curtains – good weather, as you can see in the picture – only to find the window glass looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages! The mirror was even installed crooked. The management's attention to detail is truly appalling; my OCD seriously wanted to straighten that mirror. Oh, and by the way, I heard you have to pay for parking upfront and then get reimbursed by the hotel. Naturally, if you forget, the hotel won't proactively contact you about reimbursement. I checked out last Friday, and no one has contacted me yet about a parking refund. I only remembered today after seeing other reviews, so it's definitely best to claim your reimbursement promptly. Other than that, there's not much else to say.

This hotel is one of the best all-season hotels I have ever stayed in, and the hardware and software are very satisfactory.
