Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

Joysuites is always my first choice when staying in Nantong. It is conveniently located at Harmony City mall where I can grab a quick bite or meet friends. Sarah and Mylah were exceptional with check-in and check-out as well as they promptly answered any requests I had. The room has a washer/dryer unit as well as a kitchenette which was a plus for me! Totally recommend!

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.

A nice hotel to stay, room is clean, staff is friendly and very good service. Hotel location is very good, there is a big shopping mall opposite . Metro station is also within walking distance. Highly recommended

I have been to Nantong many times. This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in so far. The details are in place and the service of the front desk lady is also very good! There are many varieties of breakfast, the meals are very clean, and the restaurant environment is also very good. I will stay here again next time.

The sanitation is good, the room, corridor, elevator and lobby are all clean. The hotel is right next to the clock tower in the downtown area. You can hear the bell at the right time, and it is very convenient to go to popular attractions. The drawback is that it is on the street and the noise from vehicles is a bit loud. The self-service laundry experience is good, and the laundry room is very clean. The front desk clerk will also help put the washed clothes into the dryer, and let the robot deliver them to the room after drying. Overall, this price is not bad.

People like me with long hair cannot dry it in half an hour. Moreover, the old-fashioned button hair dryer cannot be used without pressing the button. The power was out, and my arm was broken after half an hour. It was so bad! Nowadays, when traveling and staying, I always use lightweight models similar to Dyson style, and my hair can be dried in just a few blows when the wind is strong!

I will come again next time! Because it is a new hotel, the room had some decoration smell at first. The hotel helped us replace it with a room without smell, and also helped us get an air purifier. The service was really good. From the ground to the underground parking lot, there are four or five staff members, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to find a parking space or finding the way. The swimming pool is very clean and the children are very happy🥳.

The hotel is located near the Haohe Scenic Area, a 5A-level tourist attraction in Nantong. It is a good choice hotel to see the night view of the Haohe Scenic Area at night. The hotel's service was enthusiastic and their attitude was good. After we checked in and encountered problems with the Internet, the hotel arranged for staff to come to investigate and arrange a room change in a timely manner.
