The location is good. My room is on the tenth floor. The sound insulation is a little poor but it doesn't have a big impact. The air conditioning system is not good. The temperature is set down to 24 degrees and the noise is so loud that I can't sleep. It is set up to 26 and it doesn't work at all. Parking is convenient: we have a cooperation with the multi-story parking lot next to it, and it costs 10 yuan a night. There is a male front desk service attitude that is not suitable for front desk. He treats customers differently and verbally offends. He firmly refused to let me delay check-out (the test site is far away, and I am worried that I can't get back on time at 12 o'clock to check out). Then he looked at me and loudly asked others to delay until 2 o'clock, which was very annoying.

The hotel is located inside a mall / pedestrian shopping street, but it's quiet far from the tourist area or the city centre. The hotel is inside a tower, on the upper floors. The room was very spacious and modern, the bed very soft, and everything was super clean. The WiFi wad fast. Water pressure and hot water was reasonable.

I really have to praise this hotel. First of all, the front desk service is quite good, and there is almost no need for guests to help themselves. The room is also relatively large, fully equipped, and very clean. I often travel on business, and I often choose Huanpeng. This Huanpeng is a level higher in terms of facilities, quality, and food, and is basically close to the level of four stars. We have enjoyed our stay very much. The lobby staff Anna and Lily were extremely friendly and very professional. English speaking was no problem at all. The location of the Hotel is also very good, very close by Harmony City Shopping Mall with endless Clothes and Food shopping opportunities. We booked the “Space” themed room which was very detailed and beautiful equipped 👌 The breakfast was a good average. Nothing special. Next to the breakfast lounge is a Kids room which was the favorite place for our son 👦. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We are looking forward for our next stay at Ascott 👍

I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset! Another disappointment was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.
