First, we wasted the free tickets to the Ice and Snow World. When we arrived at the place, we were told that we could rent clothes, but we had to wear our own pants and shoes. There was no notice on the reservation. In the hot summer, who would bring thick pants and shoes? I thought I could rent everything and didn't bring anything! Second, I wanted to stay for two days. I had previously booked a two-day Westwood Tree House for 1888, but it was fully booked. I asked the front desk and they said it was not fully booked. I asked the sales department after 9 o'clock the next morning for the discount package. I went back to the room after breakfast the next morning. They called me at about 10 o'clock. I told them my request. They knew I wanted to renew the reservation and asked me about the room and name I booked. Finally, they said that the 1888 package could not be used and asked me to book another room separately. We hung up the phone, and later we discussed and decided to call again to ask about the features of other rooms and whether there were more favorable prices. It was past 11 o'clock at this time, and we couldn't get through after calling for half an hour. The most annoying thing was that the phone waiting time changed from 5 people in front to 6 people in front when there was one person, and it was automatically hung up after half an hour. I felt that I was losing money and decided not to stay immediately. Is this a VIP who cuts in line when calling? Thirdly, except for the place where you live, you are not allowed to feed the black bears with food you bring with you in the zoo, especially apples for black bears. We bought it from outside and delivered it to the room for the animals, but it is not allowed to feed it in the park. It's really double standards! Fourthly, the park is not big, but the landmarks are not obvious. We rented an electric car and drove around for several times before we found a pavilion. We didn't watch any performances, and it took two hours to rent a car. I really suspect that the road signs and landmarks were not clearly marked, just to make you spend more time and charge more for the car rental. In conclusion, it is worth coming once to have fun for the children, but I will not be interested in coming again next time. The room price is really not cost-effective.
