前台人員服務熱情，整體衞生也曼乾淨。就是住在電梯旁邊隔音不好，衹要電梯升降就會有蠻大的聲音發出來，就跟工地施工一樣的聲音

首先我先説一下位置，在建材市場裏面，我們十二點過去説沒有大床房要換雙床房，那是酒店的問題吧，要我們補差價我不理解，其次態度極其差，非常不耐煩，住過的漢庭也有好幾家了，就這種服務嘛

參加漫展必定！房間很乾凈也很舒服！而且有一個全身鏡！還有特別是那個床！特別特別舒服！特別特別軟！！！有小桌椅子接粧也特方便！（就是房間有一丟丟小也有可能是我們帶的cos道具太多了👉👈）

太可怕太失望了！本來入住的時候説了兩點延時退房，結果十二點一過一個打掃阿姨就直接刷卡進來了！但是我和朋友還在睡覺！直接被嚇醒！一次已經夠過分的了！結果還有第二次！阿姨也是直接刷卡進門了！我朋友正好在上廁所又被嚇得不輕！阿姨還辯解説看到羣裏説這間房退了！結果把情況和前台反應了一下發現確實是延遲退房而且羣裏沒有報退過我們的房間！前台也就衹有幾句抱歉！這樣的處理方式簡直太失望了！
