這是我遇到最差的開元曼居酒店了，整棟樓全是酒店，各家酒店前台林立讓你暈頭轉向，電梯是公寓、寫字樓和各家酒店公用慢的要死，設施維護極差，前台無服務可言，體驗極差

垃圾酒店，垃圾前台，奉勸大家不要選擇，隔音效果非常差，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚，房間裏電話機也沒有！點的外賣被外賣小哥放機器人送，一直未送到。我問前台，前台説送上去你沒收到，我收***，電話機都沒有，也未給我打電話，我怎麼收！還説有充電樁，結果是中南城那邊商場的，還景觀房，一眼望去都是工廠，垃圾垃圾垃圾。阿姨一上午敲好幾次門，問我是否續房，我説我是否續房會跟前台説，阿姨説主要房間沒電話，所以就敲門問問，睡個好覺都無法睡

以為是個連鎖的大牌子。結果就是一個雜牌軍，十幾家酒店在一幢樓裏，電梯等上十幾份鍾還是快的，慢的要命，太上當了！就是一個普通的商務酒店，300多塊錢，太不值了，這個價格後來打聽了下，整幢樓裏最貴的！桔子酒店比他便宜多了，設施比它高端，前台的工作人員太**！我定的是雙早的套餐，硬生生欺負人不提供？幫我預訂的朋友電話打了過了才給！還衹給一張早餐卷！唯一的一顆心給的是餐廳的阿姨，服務特別好！

到酒店前台辦入住驗行程都非常順利，前台的服務個個都非常禮貌，面帶笑容有問必答，還免費升級了37樓江景房，房間大而整潔，非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，佈局合理，由於有葯需要放冰箱，酒店機器人會上下幫客人拿取，地下停車也很方便，6部電梯上下也不用等候太多時間，總之入住體驗非常好，各方面管理都很到位，以後去南通開元曼居還是我的首選，謝謝所有的前台服務人員和房間的保潔！

總體不錯 購物吃東西都方便。衹是第一晚睡到凌晨4點開始。樓上開始咚咚的給吵醒。吵了一個多小時。給前台也不處理。衹能熬着。痛苦。隔音設備真心不行。住的3721房間。其他都還行吧。處理問題不積極。給的印象分就不好了。
