The service was great and the room was very clean and tidy. Loved the stay as we travelled with a toddler

It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.

This is my second booking of this same hotel via trip.com. The hotel is great and staff is very professional. I really enjoy my stay.

Room smelled like smoke and space was much smaller with crappy view.Staff are very friendly

Smelled cigarettes smoke in the room. Tried to change but all same. All others are good at the room: double window, good facilities, nice bed and soft, bitte loud air conditioning, but ok.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and I will continue to stay here. The location, staff and cleanliness are the best. Great value for money. The breakfast is also quite good

Great hotel lovely decor. very clean. good decent view. Overall perfect stay and not that expensive. Has everything you need from a hotel.
