The waiters wore T-shirts and had no work badges. They were all aunties over 40 or 50 years old. This is the first time I have seen this in a star hotel; the aunties would take the initiative to chat with guests when they were free. I want to say that the service is too good or too unprofessional? When serving dishes, fingernails often touch the soup, and I am too lazy to say anything. What is too much is that the remaining abalone is left on the table, and it is claimed that it is in the shell. Our hotel does this!!! When serving dishes, after knocking over the guest's drink, there was no immediate apology or handling, but immediately said that the guest was careless and it had nothing to do with me, and then argued with the guest. When the lobby manager came, she was not replaced and she was allowed to continue serving. This is the first time I have encountered such a mysterious operation. The aunt is not professional, and the manager is not professional either. Afterwards, it was claimed that this was an outsourced staff. Who are they fooling with this old routine of the news broadcast! ! ! In summary, Nantong is such an unprofessional and service-free city, just like the Su F license plate on the road outside.
