訂的家庭房，我一般習慣性好評，但這個酒店衞生真的太差了。實在是慘不忍睹。沙發上都是煙灰，洗手間地面發黴發黃。晚上空調聲音響的要命，一家人都沒睡好。早上起來，早早就退房換酒店住了。
這個酒店顯示去年裝修的。但看這個裝修的新舊度，感覺比人家10年的酒店還不如。

感覺一般吧，性價比不是特別高，價格也不穩定，當天入住前進去看發現價又低了，衞生一般，隔音差，旁邊講話聲音都能聽見，還有所謂的早餐是一個小麪包一瓶牛奶和一個真空包裝的雞蛋，看大家都有自助早餐，不知道為啥我們沒有，也沒任何解釋，挺無語的！

朋友們臨時決定幾家一起來南通，所以酒店定的比較匆忙。選了這家酒店，相對位置比較偏僻，定了親子房，房間比較大，有點類似套房，卧室外有間沙發客廳，還是不錯的

第三次入住此酒店，房間整體衞生還算不錯，房間也比較智能化，早上免費早餐可以填飽肚子但是選擇不是非常的多

最想吐糟的就是這個電事機，關機後這個燈沒辦法熄滅，一整晚都很亮，睡覺特別刺眼
其次就是洗衣機太臟了，水槽裏都有淤泥，是可以擦掉的，建議酒店加強衞生
吹風機接觸不良，退房時告知前台下，卻感覺不以為意，覺得是我自己不會用
最後早餐，品種簡直少的可憐，烤麪包機太差，和酒店檔次非常不符合。

房間帶個客廳 裏面有張1.8米大床 和一張1.35米床 帶娃親子最合適住這個房型
住了兩晚 第一晚整條路停電一個多小時
我們1歲多的寶寶在大廳等到晚上10點多才上樓洗漱 酒店也沒給出啥迴應 就説供電局説最晚12點修好 我們着急的話自己也可以打供電局電話催下他們
我們就在大堂無止境的等 還好晚上十點來電了 大人還好 寶寶太小等不起
房間悶熱 外面十幾度的天 房間空調通風或者冷空調開到15度 風調到最大 房間温度還是26度 太悶熱

訂的是套房，結果客廳電視機無法打開，通知前台來維修一直等到晚上都沒人來，到了九點多再次通知前台，來了個保安大叔，也搞不定，説白天班的前台沒有交接班反映這個問題，晚上也沒電工師傅來維修了，這種服務真心讓人無語，早知道我訂的是套房，肯定是希望住的舒服點的，結果還是那麼鬧心！
