服務：工作人員都有適度的熱情，笑容洋溢着温暖，好評的主要原因。
環境：景區門口，晚上挺安靜的，附近也很多吃的。

酒店整體環境都非常不錯，周邊沒什麼噪音，酒店隔音也不錯，房間很乾凈，洗漱用品都是一次性，沐浴露和洗面奶也是小瓶裝一次性未拆封的很不錯，前台姐姐很熱情人很好，以後到南通還會再住這個酒店的，強烈推薦！（照片視頻截拍有點糊）

前台的阿姨特別特別特別特別特別好！！！特別熱情，温柔，因為我們是幾個女生一起住在賓館，阿姨特別照顧我們，也會顧及我們的安全，怕不安全，幫我們把外賣送到房間門口，給我們推薦周圍的早餐，走之前還特別貼心的和我們再見，給我們説一路平安，注意安全，真的特別好，讓我們幾個女生的南通之旅畫上了圓滿的句號！感謝阿姨的照顧！！

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊備。老闆親自迎接、幫忙搬運行李，有賓至如歸的感覺。這次是第二次入住了，增加了早餐，早餐供應點有近70年歷史，口味非常不錯。值得推薦的酒店

孩子今年高考考點在二中，經過反覆對比，選擇距離考點10分鐘左右車程較近的綠墅水晶酒店。酒店位於唐閘北市街，環境優雅，酒店大堂前蓮花池很有詩意，酒店大堂裝飾也很大氣。酒店房間內部乾淨且裝修有品位、酒店周邊吃飯、交通都特別便利。
特別值得稱讚的是酒店前台接待負責人夏女士，對入住的客人熱情、用心、貼心。讓我們有賓至如歸的感覺。孩子高考期間入住，酒店還贈送給孩子高粽狀元禮盒，真是感謝！祝綠墅水晶酒店客源滾滾，越來越好！

非常滿意的一次住宿，當天晚上在網上臨時找了這家酒店，沒想到讓我驚喜了：硬件沒得説，乾淨、整潔、舒適。服務更是到位，比較晚入住、前台很是熱情，主動建議加幾元錢就可升級，舒服多了，一夜好眠，第二天退房時店長很是熱情，又提行李又送礦泉水，很感動，是近年感覺最好的一次投宿！
