During the Chinese New Year, a family of three upgraded to a king-size bed while traveling. The front desk was very welcoming to check in. The room was clean and the breakfast was rich. There is also a gym and laundry room on the 26th floor. The facilities are complete and highly recommended [strong]

I was going to visit the Forest Zoo during the holidays. When I saw that there was a 4-hour traffic jam from Shanghai, I decided to drive to Nantong one night in advance and booked this hotel... The name was changed to Hilton Garden Inn, so I almost couldn't find it. It was actually an Ibis. I booked a so-called deluxe double room. The layout of the room is rather strange. It is quite small. I wonder why I had to ask for an extra bed. The mattress of the double bed collapsed seriously. I didn’t sleep well all night. It is about three-star standards and the price of more than 300 on May 1st is not worth it. I had too many expectations. The breakfast was better than I expected. It’s okay to stay casually.

連住了兩天，攜程分開訂的房，第一天入住的時候確認過了，第二天十二點還電話通知要馬上讓我們退房，不知道是系統問題還是人的問題，中午從動物園回來睡一覺被打擾，而且態度還不友好搞得心情不爽。房間做了升級是個拐角，但是這個窗簾透光這麼嚴重，影響睡眠質量。熱水很小，涼水很大。

真的很臟，都是灰塵，睡了一晚都過敏了，第一次碰到這種情況。太可惜沒拍照，真的很想給酒店方看看窗户上多少灰，床頭手碰上就一個手印子，都不知道積了多少灰，馬桶非常簡陋，而且水箱上都有一層灰，衞生紙都是別的房客用剩的下來的，直接放水箱上，完全不能理解。攜程是評着4星的，但是從來沒有想到會這麼破舊，訂房時看官方圖片裝修還是比較新，原來是照騙，現場進去一整個震驚，都不如快捷酒店。入住已經晚上8點多了，第一天一早就走，帶孩子實在折騰不動了，就沒換。其他的中規中矩，早餐地方也很小，服務員少，完全跟不上換盤子和補給，但好在也是能吃飽的。服務員不算熱情，但是有需求也能迴應，地址算是離濠河風景區比較近的，成人的話步行就能到，帶孩子可能需要打的。
