I had completely forgotten to leave a bad review, but the hotel called during their lunch break the next day asking for a good review, so I had to give one.
1. I checked in at 5 PM that day, and the front desk told me the room hadn't been cleaned yet. They offered no apology and even told me they were busy. I've never seen such a disparity between their attitude and housekeeping efficiency.
2. They claim to be a new hotel, but I seriously suspect they've just renovated an old one. The bathroom umbrella holder was broken and no one repaired it.
3. The bathroom floor drain hadn't been cleaned in ages, so it was clogged and I had to clean it myself.
4. The scale in the room was also broken, which I seriously suspect is a renovated one.

The room hardware is good in all aspects. The room is not big but quite exquisite. I have to complain about the front desk clerk. When checking in, I was told that I needed to register my mobile phone number and email address without being informed of the membership application. This gave people a bad feeling!

房間很新、很大、設施都是智能化，訂的標間1.35米的雙床，帶孩子三人入住一點也不擠；酒店位置優越，對面就是萬象城，逛吃超方便；酒店前台姓邵的小姐姐人服務熱情，入住送水果，退房還送伴手禮，很是貼心；早餐雖談不上豐富但精緻，足夠吃了，對於300出頭的價位，加上希爾頓品牌的加持，性價比超高了，絕對的五星好評。

必須誇一誇前台的服務 前台小苗！我們帶着孩子和很多行李，一進門前台工作人員就主動上前幫忙。看到我們帶着小孩，還貼心詢問是否需要小童用品，並主動幫我們升級了一個更安靜的房間。晚上詢問附近美食，工作人員推薦，真的太貼心了！這種無微不至的關懷讓人感覺像家人一樣，超讚！衞生也很乾凈 房間佈局很温馨 環境優美 位置也很便利，靠近地鐵口，贊👍
