It's the first time I've come across such a noisy hotel. There was a billiard room upstairs, and the noise from heavy objects hitting the ground lasted until 4 o'clock the next morning. I couldn't sleep the whole night. The noise lasted until 1 o'clock the night before, and my children couldn't sleep. The response from the front desk was very cold, without even a word of apology. Also, it clearly says that breakfast is free for children under 17 years old. When I checked in, they told me that it's free for children under 1.2 meters. I don't know which one is true or false. When my child took some extra fried dough sticks for breakfast, the waitress blamed me for the child and kept glaring at me.
