不知道這個是新的還是舊的，房間裏傢俱的味道很大，但是傢俱沙發又臟臟舊舊的，我自己帶了一次性四件套一次性馬桶墊，還有上一位住客留下的禮物，從南通站打車過去碰到下班高峯期還被滴滴司機數落了一通，哈哈哈哈哈哈哈！

我入住的時候，應該是剛退房打掃，衞生間地面潮濕，腳印明顯，水池很臟，地漏全是長頭髮，衞生間整個濕漉漉的不太能接受。 第二床單有粉塵，造成我不停的打噴嚏，流鼻涕很難受。除了這兩點其他都能接受，就是房間不乾淨，因為當晚沒有其他房間沒辦法挑換衹能將就一晚

突發事件讓我對此酒店影響極差，先是晚上熱水系統出了故障，洗了個半温水澡，晚上下大雨，院落式的房間掉蟲子，換了好幾件都是如此，後來致電攜程才的一解決，一晚上折騰

很美的一家酒店，非常幽靜雅緻，出門就是唐閘，過年還有表演，煙火氣十足。難忘的一次南通旅行，酒店大堂經理及員工都讓我們體驗到了家的快樂。到附近景區很多，狼山，濠河，酒店附近的文化底藴讓我們瞭解了歷史非常值得，無微不至的關懷體現了酒店的管理模式，四合院式的庭院建築讓我們住在那裡真不願意離開，下次一定再來一定再住一次享受酒店給予的待遇和優美的環境。

環境：不吵鬧很安靜，非常棒，還能在周邊溜達溜達
服務：前台小姐姐服務很好，比贊贊 打掃房間的阿姨都還挺熱情的
衞生：房間衞生還是很乾凈的，衞生間也沒啥異味
設施：房間設施基本都一個樣，牆紙我還是蠻喜歡的
