The experience is getting worse every time. As soon as the air conditioner in the room is turned on, I can't fall asleep at all. I wake up many times in the middle of falling asleep. The hotel service is very poor. Before checking in, I confirmed with the hotel customer service that the window of the room I booked opens to the outside. However, after checking in, the window of the room arranged by the hotel faces the aisle. I don’t know if it is intentional! Then they raised the price and asked the customer to pay another 20 yuan to change to a room with windows opening outwards! It was already past 11pm when we checked in on New Year's Eve. The service was not upgraded on New Year's Day, but they took the opportunity to rip off customers. I will never stay at this hotel again!
