酒店地理位置好，旁邊就是商圈，逛街方便，房間裏有小冰箱，東西很齊全，房間也很大，還有落地窗，大堂還有下午茶，太豐富了，專門的樓層還有女士衣架，真好，前台服務也特別好，熱情，主動，禮貌

1、首先房間設施很新，衞生還將就吧，但是房間隔音效果太差，外面嘈雜的聲音，睡不好。
2、洗手間上完廁所發現沒有紙，很尷尬不知道有沒有檢查。
3、本來想多睡一會兒，中午前台打電話告知12點退房，我詢問不是下午14點嘛，告知我不是他家的會員衹能12點，説我是什麼**還是攜程不行，請問是你家規定的嘛。下次不會再來了，體驗感特差。

入住後關房間門一直響，怎麼關都還是響，請了工程部看，結果説要用力關門，前台也不作為，這就是解決問題的方式和態度，晚上也不敢休息。
